Curing Rack Details
Innovative Details make ELIFRAF Racks unique on the Market
Precise and sustainable
One of the unique features of Elifraf curing racks are the v-shaped vertical reinforcement fins of the upstanding columns, which increase the static stability of the entire rack.
The pallet supports are mounted to the columns by means of a clip-in system, which uses two blades instead of one like other producers. This increases the strength of the connection of support profiles and columns significantly and is one more reason for the static superiority of Elifraf racks.
All parts of the rack are first fabricated and than hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN 1461. This is not only the perfect protection of the surfaces, but of all the various openings of the partsw, which are without this protection the first source of rust and rotting, what can easily happen when pre-galvanized materials are used.
Fast and easy installation
As the special design of the rack structure allows the pre-assembly of rack groups on site, the usage of motor cranes makes the installation easy, fast and comfortable.
The whole substructure of the rack and the vertical columns are adjustably mounted to anchor bolts and can be precisely levelled even if the base foundation is partially uneven. After the entire rack has been precisely adjusted, the rails are fixed to this substructure to match the level of the finger car group.
Before the final layer of the concrete floor is installed, the backside of the U-shape vertical columns is covered with a plate creating a “pocket”, so that the adjusting screw of the column still is given, so that single columns easily can be replaced or re-adjusted after any damage or repair.
